The Pastoral Care Ministry Team of Chalmers-Castle Downs United Church

has oversight of all pastoral care activities in our Community of Faith

and works in close collaboration with the Minister.

Pastoral care at Chalmers-Castle Downs 

is carried out by many dedicated people who, in their individual ways, 

reach out with a caring presence to the church community. 

One-on-one visits, prayer shawls, a phone call, a card of support or some comforting food are just a few examples of our pastoral care in action.

Our Team meets on the second Wednesday of every other month at 1:00 p.m.
